CD15 is expressed in granulocytes and can be expressed in Malignant lymphomas and Acute myeloid leukemias. The Reed-Sternberg cells of classical Hodgkin lymphoma are characteristically positive for CD15 and CD30.

 

SPECIMEN: Submit Tissue in 10% formal-saline OR formalin fixed paraffin embedded Tissue Block. Ship at room temperature. Provide a copy of the Histopathology report, Site of biopsy and Clinical history.
